Hi, I'm Tina.
I’m Tina, a Christian coach passionate about helping people move beyond simply surviving difficult seasons and begin intentionally building what comes next.
I didn't become a life coach because my life went perfectly. I became one because it didn't.
I know what it's like to pray for something with everything in you and watch the answer look nothing like what you asked for. I've walked through a major health battle. I've sat with the silent grief of infertility, month after month. I've been through divorce and felt that particular kind of loneliness, the kind where you're surrounded by people but still wondering, "Who am I now?"
I've also known the fierce, humbling love of becoming a mother through foster care and adoption. Today, I'm a single mom to four amazing children, each with their own special needs. Some days are full of joy. Some days are simply about getting through. Most days are both.
So if you're tired, if you're starting over, if you're smiling on the outside while quietly falling apart, I see you. I've been there.
Here's what those seasons taught me: what happened to you may shape your story, but it does not have to control your future.
God didn't waste a single tear. He met me in the broken places and slowly, patiently, helped me rebuild. Not by pretending the pain never happened, but by teaching me to face it honestly, release what I couldn't carry, renew my mind with His truth, and build a life no longer controlled by yesterday.
That's what I want for you.

Abundant Life Coaching LLC was born from the belief that your story is not over.
Life does not always unfold the way we planned. Sometimes the journey includes pain, loss, disappointment, unanswered questions, unexpected transitions, and seasons where simply surviving feels like the greatest accomplishment.
Our story was shaped through real-life experiences—major health challenges, infertility, divorce, motherhood, foster care and adoption, ministry, and the journey of rebuilding after life changed.
Through every season, one truth remained:
God was still present.
Abundant Life Coaching LLC was created from a passion to help others who are ready to move beyond survival and begin rebuilding. We believe that painful experiences may leave an impact, but they do not have to become the final authority over your identity, decisions, relationships, or future.
We don't believe restoration means pretending the past never happened.
We believe restoration means acknowledging what happened without allowing it to define who you are becoming.
